* Unlimited revisions/edit on your chosen demo: We provide unlimited revisions on your demo until you’re satisfied. The revision needs to follow your detailed suggestions and maintain the demo’s spirit, overall form and idea. Please complete revising process within 3 days (We reserves the right to stop our revision & design work on your product after this time and original design files will not be handed over to the client).
Don’t like the initial demo? In the situation that you don’t like the demo, please provide the exact style/sample of the logo you’re wanting to make and we will redraw it for you.

  • Our logo design package doesn’t include Logo registration & trademark service, and Helixgram doesn’t provide this type of service.
  • The above cost doesn’t include VAT in the US.
  • For premium branding design package: the cost doesn’t include content writing and custom graphic design on the website.

HOW IT WORKS?

Step 1: Information Submittal
Please kindly provide the brand information, slogan, preferred logo layout & design style (if any), sample logo designs that you’re interested in order for us to understand your brand better.
Step 2: Logo design package information
Please refer to our logo design packages to have further details and choose your preferred package. You can see the details of these packages on our website or we send you a logo design quotation directly.
Step 3: Order our design package
In order for Helixgram to carry out the design work, please proceed to order the desired logo design package and deposit 50% of the total design cost as shown in the quotation or on the current website.
Step 4: Logo demos
Helixgram conducts the work of designing demo versions of logos for customers to choose from. The number of demo version will depend on the quotation or Logo design package you’ve chosen.
Step 5: Edits and revisions
After receiving different demo versions, please kindly choose one demo among them to continue with the revisions. The revisions will be conducted based on details suggestions from the client.
Step 6: Finalizing the logo design
We provide unlimited revisions on your chosen demo. The revisions are conducted based on the specific suggestions from the client, closely following the overall layout and idea of the demo.

Step 7: 2nd payment & Handover
We will be exporting the final logo version in different file formats along with images in use. After the client proceed the 50% (remaining) payment, we will hand over the original design file folder to the customer via email.
